To ensure your order is sent out in a timely fashion, please be sure to include apartment and/or suite number if applicable. Please note that we only ship to the billing address associated with the card used for purchase. All orders with a different shipping address will be canceled.

Lavishley currently uses USPS as our shipping carrier. Orders placed Monday – Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving. After your order is processed, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided at checkout. Please be advised that orders placed during high volume holidays and during special sales, are received in high volume and may require an additional 3-5 business days processing time before being shipped. Flat rate shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after shipping, in addition to a required signature upon delivery.

International orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and are usually received within 7-10 business days after processing.

Please note that once packages are received by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery. The responsibility is transferred over to the United States Postal Service. They may be reached at 800.275.8777.
